Foundation

Some foundations contain parabens, PEG compounds, silica, and BHT. Parabens and BHT act as preservatives, PEGs serve as emulsifiers, and silica absorbs oil to achieve a smooth finish.

Concealer

Concealers often include formaldehyde donors, PEGs, parabens, and BHT. These help preserve the product, stabilize texture, and extend shelf life.

Powder, Blush & Contour

Some powders, blushes, and contours are made with parabens, silica, PEGs, and BHA/BHT. They preserve the product, absorb oil, and create a soft, even skin texture.

Eyeshadow

Eyeshadows commonly contain carbon black, silica, parabens, and BHT. Carbon black provides pigment, while the others stabilize and preserve.

Eyeliner

Eyeliners include carbon black, parabens, and formaldehyde donors. Carbon black adds color, parabens preserve, and donors prevent spoilage.

Mascara

Mascaras have parabens, formaldehyde donors, triethanolamine, silica, and BHT. These act as stabilizers, emulsifiers, preservatives, and pigments.

Lipstick

Lipsticks often contain parabens, BHT, PEGs, and silica. Parabens and BHT preserve, PEGs create smooth texture, and silica helps with pigment binding.
